Join Fairmount CDC for the 2020 Fairmount Arts Crawl

Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2020 Fairmount Avenue Arts Crawl. Please complete the form below by March 15, 2020. Decisions will be made in late March. Upon acceptance to vend, you will be sent an invoice for $100 (Tier 1) and $50 (Tier 2) + any charges for additional tables. Please note that a limited number of vendor spaces are available, and vendors will be selected by jury

Craft Vendors are invited to join the Fairmount Arts Crawl. The annual Arts Crawl brings between 3000-4000 residents and visitors on to the Avenue to enjoy a day of arts, crafts, music and fun. Craft Vendors are placed in two locations on Fairmount Ave and we have tiered pricing based on the location. We have a limited number of craft vendor slots, so don't wait!.

Vendors will be assigned a 10'x10' location along Fairmount Avenue (Tier 1: near Eastern State Penitentiary & Tier 2: near 18th and Fairmount) and fee includes one 6’ table. Vendors should offer unique, hand-made products that highlight the diversity and creativity of the local Philadelphia area. Any food offerings should be pre-packaged. Sorry, the jury will not consider any food trucks or stands serving food prepared at the event.

If you work is more appropriately displayed in a gallery setting, consider applying for the Arts Crawl as an "Artist" instead of "Vendor".

We are putting together an Arts Crawl Shopping Guide (similar to the holiday shopping guide). We have minimal pricing for the shopping guide, just enough to offset printing costs. The book will be distributed in the two weeks leading up to the event, as well as during the event.
